Refund and Returns Policy

At Bukeye Ghana Limited, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which you may return products, request a refund, or initiate an exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our cosmetics products, we only accept returns, exchanges, and refunds under specific conditions. Please review the following criteria to determine if your purchase is eligible:

  • Product Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within  7 days, of receiving the item. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund in such cases.

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us  with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.
  • Approval Confirmation: Once our team reviews your request and approves it, we will send you return instructions, including where to send the item(s).
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive the returned product.

Bukeye Ghana Limited is not liable for returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable except when the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility: You may exchange eligible items within 3 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchange Process: Contact us to arrange an exchange. If you request an exchange due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Gift Cards: Electronic gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
  • Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Multiple Returns: Bukeye Ghana Limited reserves the right to deny returns in cases of repeated return requests or suspected policy abuse.
